Brandon I gotta say, I’ve been a subscriber for several years now and it’s awesome to see how far you’ve come with mechanical skills and your video quality. You seem to be a great brand ambassador for Indian as well, hopefully they notice.

I had an experience with the Thunderstroke. I was changing the clutch. Pulled primary cover and in the process the shift paw came out of position. Put it back together and it wouldn’t shift. Had to disassemble again and had to place the paw over star wheel in the correct position. Definitely can’t compare to your experience but shows how something so simple can complicate things.

Indian should send you a monthly check for the great representation you give them on a regular basis. Your skill and product knowledge of Indian bikes has really grown, and add to that your excellent video creation chops have a quality that few content providers possess. Indian, if you read this; show Brandon some love. He is doing you quite a service! Peace

Brandon, use the red tacky assembly lube on your right case bearing where's crankshaft goes through. Also use it on all exposed roller bearings. Great Channel, great positive attitude!!!!!!!

Right, I did so when everything was assembled again. I took this thing apart 3 separate times from mistakes haha.

I would but it’s too time consuming. Indian should do that but the reason may be to keep dealers happy.

You didn't fail brother. You learned what not to do. It's different when you reword it the right way. This life is meant to be a classroom but some turn it into a courtroom by casting judgment on fellow imperfect people. Keep on keeping on, I feel like you're doing an excellent job!!

Great video! Question. Do you feel the unit construction is better than tbe m8? I ask because I wonder of the heat from the 116 crank and engine is finding it's way to the transmission.
@BrandonBicasso
@BrandonBicasso 4 ай бұрын
I couldn’t tell you as I haven’t torn apart a M8. Most of the heat from the TS (felt anyway) is the rear cylinder. So it would be above those components.

I don't know dude, this buying wrecked bikes and fixing them seems like more trouble than it's worth. I plan on doing some giveaway bikes too but, I'm just going to buy used bikes and fix them up with upgraded aftermarket parts. Good luck man, I know these projects can't be easy.
