Im not a drinker. But, I had drinks lastnight. Im feeling like this rightnow. Its almost as if I want to cry. Ive felt this way before, the next day after drinking. This feeling isnt worth the drink...

I used to drink a lot, because i couldnt get everything that im feeling out. Its a lot of stuff and i used to think that maybe if i drink a lot i might be able to let it all out. Didnt work, instead it made me want to.. Unalive myself. I almost did it, and when i noticed is when i decided to stop drinking. You guys shouls drop it, before you do something you will be ashamed on the future.

I started to drink again after years of sobriety… I’m on my way back to cut that shit out but the problem is that I forgot how bad i feel afterwards. Then my mind comes up with this pull towards drinking. And to be honest, i feel like nothing bothers me. I’m more talkative, more open and enjoy the moment compared to when I’m sober. It’s so strange… i feel more confident overall. It’s if as i hold myself in for some strange reason??? I just don’t know why my mind is so weird.

I'm 51 days sober from 35 plus years of weekend binge drinking, plus holidays and vacations etc , was buzzing when first quit but when I got to roundabout the day 50 mark I started to feel depressed , anxious and slightly angry ? Having trouble in my relationship too at the moment which doesnt help..Now I'm panic a bit as I think if I split from my partner how will I meet people not drinking ?
