In this episode, we have sought to keep the dialog real, raw, and relevant, to stay as true and as close as possible to Liang’s personal story, hence have left the dialog pretty much uncut. At the same time, we also want to be respectful to the larger Body of Christ, and therefore have censored certain moments, in order to protect the identities of the people and churches mentioned. We hope this episode will be a blessing and will stir and encourage heathy and important conversations both within and without the Church.
Correction:
We would like to make a further clarification that Haggai Institute was established in 1969 by Dr. Edmund Haggai and not by Ravi Zacharias, as mistakenly mentioned by Liang during the Dialog.

Imagine a church where it is safe for its members to confess wrongful deeds or evil thoughts to one another and be prayed for… Imagine a church where we can share our doubts and real concerns about certain issues. Rather than worrying about perfect church service attendance, imagine a church where its members attend to each other’s needs and actually care for one another… imagine a church that reminds us of God’s law that guides, God’s mercy that forgives and God’s grace that qualifies.. I wonder how this kind of church is organized or would look like in 2024…

Thank you Generations Church for debuting this podcast with Liang! Hasn't seen him for many years and been wondering how he was. So glad that he is still strong in the faith, and it reminds me of Psalms 118:8 in order not to be derailed by too much expectations on the church. Just to clarify that Haggai Institute was established in 1969 by Dr. Edmund Haggai and not by Ravi Zac.( RZIM in 1984) The Church is imperfect because you and i are in it. It is for this reason that Christ had to die for us the Church (bride) because of his love and ❤grace. We are the body of Christ and if one is hurt, the other part hurts too. 1Cor.12:27. We are reminded not to harm his temple. 1Cor.3:17; We are not to stumble another who is weak. 1Cor.8:11😢

Yes Edmund Haggai was the founder not Ravi. Satan the devil is taking advantage of your struggles when leaders fail but glad u hv not given up your faith n is still following Christ n doing His will to meet with other like minded believers to help the fledgling Christians to grow together in your new ministry.TQ for sharing your heart.
