I'm a natural double D and I'm always shocked when people choose to jump up in size because I've grown mine in and I still have back problems, let alone people who get sudden expansions. Like a lot of people get breast reductions for their back. So if you're reading this Shannon, make sure you do core strengthening exercises and keep proper back support when doing tasks like eating, working on a computer, etc. It works really well to prevent back strains!

Also that thing about your teeth chipping you should try to see if you don't have bruxism,I used to have the same problem and I only discovered what it was a year ago because my teeth started to overlap and I thought it was because my wisdom teeth but it's was just that I bite to hard because of my anxiety ,it got fixed with a dental ward.

I love the sentiment about making sure you love yourself before you make changes to your body. I've had so many people tell me, TO MY FACE, that because I die my hair, get piercings, or tattoos, that I must hate myself or not be okay in my own skin, but I think it's important for people to know that that isn't always the case! Sometimes it's almost the exact opposite. I'm comfortable enough in my own skin to make these changes to my body and to be proud of them. Thanks for being a constant inspiration. Lol I have natural 38DD breasts and I wish I had very small breasts. I'm also a very small person (5'2!!!) and having such a large chest is so stressful on my back. If I were going to get any non-alternative body modifications I would get lip fillers to make my upper lip slightly larger, I'd get my teeth fixed because they're very rough and jagged, and a breast reduction because they keep getting bigger and bigger without me gaining much weight at all. There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting body mods of any kind (and you absolutely know that💙) and I know you're not gonna pay any attention to people who try to shame you for your procedures💙💙💙

I’m honestly very insecure about my chest. I’m a 36D and I’m 14 ((they are natural Ive never gotten any surgery’s)) and I want to go down to at least a C when I grow up and have the money cause I’m so embarrassed to go to gym at school and work out and all I feel is my chest moving and I hate it!!!! I’m tired of my back hurting and having horrible posture! EvelynX Roth I don't know your living situation, but if you're on your parents/guardians health insurance or state funded insurance sometimes they will pay for breast reduction surgery or most of it. My lil cousin had it done bcuz they were causing her a lot of back pain. Hope that helps.

I could relate when I was your age. I would hunch over instead of having a straight posture because how uncomfortable I felt. I'm 20 now and I gotta say I learned to love my body and love me who I am. Looks does not matter. However, if your back continues to hurt maybe try Victoria Secret bras because those bras are way better than the drug store bras. If your back still hurts you can have surgery because I understand and it's your body but remember to love yourself for who you are, you are beautiful, and love your body girl❤️

Everyone's body is there own, I feel like if anyone wants to get surgery good for them, and if they don't good for them too. Who cares if someone alters their nose or their boobs. Everyone has preferences and if they can then why not. Just because someone with small boobs gets breast implants means small boobs are bad, it's just what they prefer. i hate when people say "people who get surgery hate themselves" um bitch no lmao i have flabby boobs and have them from breastfeeding my son and now my twins i had small boobs prior and i dont fit into bras pretty much bc the tissue is flabby and ik once im all done and i get the money im getting a boob job too. ive lived my life with them and leanred to rock thek but i deserve to treat my damn self lol i mean you really only live once why not get the shit you want bc once your dead theres no going back theres no "what if" i say if you wamt it and you have the money for it GET IT GURL OR GUY
