Hi there. I’ve just had both sides of my head tattooed in a single session (8 hrs total) and I can confirm that one sides hurt a little bit more than the other. Shannon is so cool and real for sharing this when i was 16 i wanted it so bad now im 28 and glad i never got it done i didnt know then that you had to get em redone every 5-10 years and ive heard if you're going to get them done its better to wait until after you have kids or if you know for sure you dont want them. That and tripping a lot throughout my 20s and getting a more organic view on the human body than what was shoved into our brains by the media growing up. Then getting older and working out and knowing gravity is coming for us 😂 always wondered how girls who got em done really feel. You still look great!

Hi Shannon. I’ve been a silent watcher of your videos for a long time I can’t remember how long…anyways I’ve been busy with a lot of life changes myself and rarely been watching videos, however I decided to jus come on and catch up and this video was first on my feed. I’m glad I decided to watch and love your decision to go sober. I currently am 2 years sober this past March and if there’s any advice I can give is definitely stay busy, build new and good habits, and new memories outside of drinking. Even if it’s just by yourself. I’ve taken on mountain biking as a new hobby. I only say this bcuz during the beginning stages of my sobriety it was really dark and I became very depressed, gained lots of weight and I was very dissociated. It was harder bcuz I was truly alone through it, but later learned to love my alone time. I’m all the better for going through all this and I guess I only say this bcuz I support your decision and if you so happen to read my comment I hope your experience may be different from mine, however stay focused and I wish you the best.

I've suffered from alopecia areata since I was 16, and I used to be embarrassed about my bald patches. Now it's a minor inconvenience, I started shaving my head during covid and realised that I'm more confident with a shaved head. I know I can cope if I start losing hair again, and I'm not afraid of shaving my head completely.

4:17 this comment was interesting to me because about 3 years ago i unsubscribed to shannon because she replied to a comment of mine seemingly attacking me for having a different opinion than her. i wonder now if that was caused by the drinking. i remember being so devastated that a youtuber I’ve watched for 10+ years finally responded to me but it was to tell me that i’m basically stupid. i hope that was a mistake and not how she truly felt. i always check up on her channel (like right now) despite everything.
