Every thing said about porn watching and self pleasure is 100% correct. I have been addicted to internet porn for many years. Before the free internet porn sites, I lust for women for decades. I'm a 60 male now with knowledge and skills to be very comfortable financially. It's the total opposite in my case. I truly believe that I could defy the spiritual warfare that happens to you when your addicted to something like lust and endlessly watching internet porn. It's a very negative spirit that could literally block you from being the person you're supposed to be. Finally tomorrow morning I will attend a support group for the first time, to help rid awfully negative self destructive monster out of my life forever. Thanks

I have failed all the times i tried to quit that ridiculous habit. I dont know what to do anymore after repenting so many times and then backsliding again over again. I'm ashamed and feeling undeserving another chance
