This was SO reassuring to watch - just bought a X1B, here stateside equipped w/Sumiko Ranier, I added the Wellfleet oyster cartridge upgrade (pop out, pop in - AWESOME), rca's + ground line to a Musical Fidelity M5si. I so prefer it sonically vs the Rega 3/Elys/TT-PSU I just sold to buy this; from grounding to vta/azimuth to xlr, I just felt it was better value too (& I was right!). Next step is to look towards MC cart options in the future when budget affords and explore the benefits of XLR (may try the phono box s3 b to get started). Excellent presentation - subscribed!
