And it doesn't matter if friend or love gone, it's mean only one thing, they never ever be your close people for real. Everything passing, and what comes around goes around, don't worry about that. Today your on the top, next day your done, that's life and i feel when you come across these hardships, you will be grateful for this times. And you will find your one close man or woman, and it will be forever and it will be better than ever, just never change for yourself and this will happen, once again brother.

Go out. Talk to people. Don't fear rejection. Don't take everything or yourself too seriously. Minimize expectations. Be in the moment. The best way to learn social skills is to practice socializing in real life with real people.

I’m 43 and am exactly the same way. No friends, no wife, no girlfriend, no kids, no social life whatsoever. I rarely even go to family functions. I have a couple of business associates I sell my organic produce to. Otherwise it’s just me over here at my little farm left to my own devices. I prefer it this way. I don’t even associate with my neighbors whose property borders mine. A couple from out of state bought the farm that borders mine 2 years ago, I’ve never met or spoke a word to them. lol

I'm 58 and have felt this way all my life and tried to listen to others in my younger years about going to parties and events and being social but always resorted back to my default of being a loner. I tell others who try to tell me it's not healthy that it's just opposite of social people that need to reach out to their friends daily or they get lonely and board with the advantage of not needing someone else to make my day happy. At my age I no longer feel solitude is abnormal as long as one can work, provide shelter for yourself, pay bills and feed yourself, you are 100% normal to be the single with no friends or whatever you choose. I see many of us who aren't social tend to have pets and that's great.

The way I experience it, growing up with a sadistic twin sister. Who has personally targeted me since a little boy. Playing manipulative games by deceiving my father. And weaponising my father against me. Using him to physically assault me because she couldn't. My mum scapegoating me and eventually turning the whole family against me. My life started out extremely over psychological, dark and threatening. Continuously surrounded by people impacting my life without my constant or desire. With no space to authentically find myself. I've grown up into a 43 year old who has over come a lot of mental health struggles, depression, suicidal behaviour. To have a solid job, my own house. Hobbies, my own interests, gardening and wildlife. I have one best friend I see regularly for out door interests and hobbies. Spend most of my time alone. Compared to how life began. I'm now psychologically healthy, enjoying my life for me. Enjoying my interests, enjoying not being abused, manipulated and used. Experiencing happiness and safety. Being able to determine life on my own terms. Instead of feeling my own life is continuously being ruined by the effects of others that I shouldn't even have in my life.

Hey man. I've been isolated from society ever since junior high. Not a single solid friend, girlfriend, or social group to be around other than various outings every once in a while through whatever job I was working or some event. Just turned 30 yrs old. Of course I have my own issues too, but I had realized back in high school that something just isn't right, or natural with society and relationships. And it's only gotten worse, I can clearly see that.

@@axshnjxsn2571 I don’t know if you’re interested, but consider studying the Christian Bible about birthing pains leading to the last days (2 Timothy 3:1-5). An example of this would be the increasing frequency, intensity, and duration of natural disasters. Another would be the attempt to better human communication that has only backfired into narcissism. 1566 newspaper, 1822 computer, 1876 telephone, 1886 motor vehicle, 1893 radio, 1903 airplane, 1921 pager. All of these progressed individually overtime, until most of them became blended into one resource. Right now it’s mostly all in the smartphone, but sooner than we know it will all be in The Metaverse. Having all of this at our literal fingertips as early as childhood is too much for humans, and causes us to become self-absorbed. But when motivated by impatience or greed or the pride of life…this happens. Just my two cents. Take care.
