I got 672 scores pgdav college morning general catg. , All the reasons you mentioned felt so so relatable but since i live in delhi and didn't wanted to waste a year for same thing cause ik what happens with our catg. even hard work can''t help you in getting college it's caste based no merit consideration type of thing so i decided to continue as a college can't decide the future we are capable of making for ourselves and also like i tried migration but my course was offerred in very few colleges so cause of that i then settled with my current pgdav only .... But am glad you went with other factors cause i agree too that the expenses of living here ain't worth it when yiu are not even getting decent education n environment ....... ALL THE BEST BUDDY

I think I am in somewhere same situation right now...got the college in 2nd round but didn't opted that as I felt ki that du college was not worth it( as per my expectations atleast) felt ki it's not worth it to pay such high pg and hostel fees for that college.... this year I am gonna try Max for a good college..

Bhai maine peer pressure me engg. college me adm to le liye lkin yha man nhi lag rha h yr kuch samjh nhi aata h.. Should i drop out and prepare for Cuet (coz main upsc karna chahta hu bhai) soch rha hu du me adm. le lu or side se upsc ki prep krunga. Btao bhai kya krun dropout kar dun college se?

Agar private engineering college h and tm middle class family se ho , and tmhra sahi me interest ni h then u should, wrna if you wanna work in MNCs then it's good and there is one more factor that tmhra college kaisa h in terms of environment, placements and opportunities

Bhai I'm belongs to obc category but never made any cirtificate now i can feel the pain of being a general so next year apply krne se pehele obc certificate banwa lunga even though I'm a middle class guy but i saw so many sc st students who are from rich background gets better colg couse of cirtificate 😢

Schools meh padhte hain humare toh classes khabhi hote nahin,obvious reasons koi teacher 7-8 kilometres walk nahin karta toh accomplished their duties.

You are right, actually there were two types of domains combo whicy the DU csas portal offers, one was out of 700 and other out of 800, in whichever you scored more was taken as basis of admission and the preference list also mattered!
