You are amazing Shato- so true - hard time to survive when loved ones get uncomfortable- I totally get you - wish I had ur guts 10/20 yes ago - now at 40 I’m glad I’m able to start doing what ur doing 😀👍🙏🙏 when I saw U on that bus to Isha is when I really wanted to be ur friend and just be in that bus with you - I’m in US and things were not so cool in India when we were growing up so I still don’t know if I could travel alone and get to Isha like u when I come for holidays this year- really hoping I get to do it! This video...I love that you uploaded. To me also my real transformation was like this...I love that phase of my childhood when I was disciplined but unaware because I didn't created that...maybe was more unaware of me as being as individual....because a spiritual knowledge was very partial part of society like a dharmic behaviour of doing puja but not these type of meaningful reasons behind existence of things, behaviour etc. But, somewhere , I am fortunate that from newborn my body self reacts to these irrelevant aspects like I am really allergic, so I used only simple products that cared my body, I can't eat spicy that also added to me being more drawn towards right behaviour of body(because it functioned well and took right food inside)....and many more stories. 1 year after graduation many things happened to me one on one suddenly and all that led me to realise my interest of spirituality and was answer to my quests...I am reallly thankful that I found me and know to what it is to be me...it's just a kind of liberating feeling. Being composed , being me is what I needed and I love that it begin in 2020 when I came close to meditation, Yoga , healthy eating habits, self reliant of my personal chorus even the smallest, waking at 4, being more close to nature....This all gave my real feeling the real words I want to convey to whomsoever I interact.

Shato , At last to tell honestly I was like don't like to be i home becz i was bored and got sick of same days nothing different in life. I am the person like loved to be travelling, to see more places and taste different types of foods , and cultures and languages and make good friends and explore 💯❤️🔥 My main target is that i don't want to waste my life 💯 i want to explore🌍

I don't know about your experience of inner engineering but when it comes to vaisakh sabu or people who I know who have done inner engineering, all benefits which they expressed such as decrease of sleep quota, eradication of chronic pain, peace of mind etc etc etc .....when I see myself I don't suffer from any of these issues whether it's health , depression, peace of mind.......point is I am not able to figure out one thing which I can think which will come as a transformation in me after doing the program......my life have always been full of extreme troubles but I don't know how I always manages to carve my way out that too gracefully.......I have always been at my best when ever I am alone and this goes back to when I was 7 or 8 years of age......I don't know about my karmic chart of past life but this is the way I am.......I have turned 31 on the October of 2019 but still many people says u still look same why r u not growing.......I am really looking for that transformation which will change some thing about me after doing the program.....waiting for the 22nd of this month which will be the first day of my inner engineering.......
