Tereko job chahiye achhi salary ka sath to defence ka liya ja hi mat. Corporate pakar, and kuch officers ki vaje se as a whole tum badnam na karo. Coz If u calculate max to max out of 100% 2% officers hi ese honge. So it totally depends on your choice ki kya karna ha nai karna and bina join karke bass 1 side hi sunne judge nahi kiya ja sakta. Har cheej ka achha and bura dono side hota ha. If u don't wanna join. Don't if wanna give awareness it's good. But bekar he kuch Matlab nai bolke don't defame all officers. I hope you get my point

Rest of the world professional army works differently where you need to continue to qualify at every stage to prove you are the best. You could have given 4 years service and still come out young with experience to take on other jobs. Need to shed the old way of thinking here that you take a job at 18 and stay in there till 60.
