Smoke and mirrors that guaranteed pay crap is a freaking joke, I remember when trucking companies 1st came up with that concept years ago, you’d see $1100-$1300 a week and think that was decent money not realizing that’s not what you’re gonna bring home 😂

Marten is a joke, I lasted 2 weeks there and 12 days was either broke down or at home. Only delivered one load in 2 weeks. Didn’t get breakdown pay or orientation pay. Marten is a complete joke.
