Men have been dominating the trucking industry since forever. And even now with a number of female truckers entering it still doesnt compare to the amount of male truckers driving on these roads. Its people that dont have a bit of sense to demand what they are worth or walk away cause our skills is very valuable. Since if one person is smart enough to deny an amount they dont think is worth it they can easily find an idiot somewhere that will accept said price and do the job, this is what caused the problem not women. With the few women in the industry if all of you as men would have made sure this was done right and all women in trucking was to accept anything I doubt it would have had an effect/caused this problem. I dont know where you got your information from but i dont think you notice female drivers be some of the safest out here. Almost everytime you hear or see an accident involving a semi it be some big seed mfer sitting up in the drivers seat of the rig. You almost never heard of an accident and its a lady in the rig even with more and more women entering the industry everyday. Its men with their risky behaviour and overly aggressive egotistical driving that create alot of problems for motorist since yall think this is your job and you somehow gifted to handle a semi til you make a wrong move and that shyt flip wit you to humble yall asses. Then youll realize you dont need a dick to drive a semi-truck😂. Men made it bad from the start cause alot of you dont know how to use your brains even though you claim to be the best in the logics department

I agree run the numbers before you lease from them and they won't pull your proper credit report. And yes do not go to Snyder they're freight board is garbage and their SFI lease payment is expensive you will be broke with their lease payment speaking from experience luckily I'm buying my own truck and don't have to worry about none of this anymore

I can see the truth in that….. I respect your opinion….HOWEVER::;;;;;; 😂😂😂😂😂Technically on the local side they’ve been hiring a lot of inexperienced drivers or drivers they train in-house (first driving job) and paying them less because they don’t know any better. Have them violating DOT rules or intimidating them to violate HOS because they job scared. Also the men who lied about their experiences and had accidents justified decreases in pay and more self driving trucks push over the years. Remember back in the day you couldn’t get a local job unless you had over the road sleeper cab experiences. Why did they change that? They got away with it with inexperienced male drivers first. They paved the way for more drivers to be taken advantage of because the were scared to walk away from unsafe jobs or didn’t know because they were never trained properly. That’s what happens when management is filled with fake it to you make it mentality. Not all but most are ego driven and don’t want you making more than them. Drivers use to get paid more than office staff because not everyone is qualified to drive. Anyone can do the office position. Don’t need a degree to dispatch or be a driver manager 😂 if they require it, it’s because they don’t want certain people in that position. Skill has nothing to do with it. These people make rules to restrict you from not needing to put up with their toxic ways. They have no trucking experience but in charge of training… or they lied about the extent of their experience and the company don’t know because what comes out their mouth sounds good😂😂😂😂 The driver manager/dispatcher position filled with people who are watching the pockets of truck drivers and didn’t like the money we were making. They never respect the time/skill/sacrifice drivers make and think our time is something to play with. Let us not make this a male female things.. 😂😂😂let’s focus on the real problem 😘

I am a vendor at HEB in San Antonio Tx since i been working their the managers been giving me a hard time it's multiple HEBs they would send they employees to stand in my way while they see me working i also noticed some of the employees follow me and it feels like they tryna rush me out the store but today i noticed another vendor basically do the same thing i do but hes Hispanic working he had less then half a pallet i had a full pallet and the guy was taking his time and on his phone i had to work around him because he was first i look up guess whos following me and watching me but not him. I finished 20 minutes after him with a full pallet but the manager act like i been in they store long the guy had to be there for a while. The HEBs in SA TX are very prejudice depend on what store you go to

If i leave the trucking industry, it will be for the military or becoming a pilot. Pilot school costs around 40k in my area. Im getting too old for military. I got a few more years before they wont accept me. Weight is my biggest problem. Im going on an extended fast with guidance and support from “A healthy Alternative” KZbin channel.
