I am also working in big4 audit and facing work life balance issue. I just got a job in small company as a finance manager with almost similar package and near my home. So, i resigned from my job. However, i am bit confused whether i should join the small company or not

Take some advice on LinkedIn from people already working in the small company and then decide. Hope you find the right company 😊
