Why I Left Ok Tested | Antil Vlogs

It took me more than a year to finally talk about it par shayad this closure is important. This is why I left Ok Tested. Don't expect a lot of masala in this video because Ok Tested ke saare anchors aur crew ne saath milke bahut mehnat se wo channel build kiya tha and none of us will ever stop loving it.

I have seen ppl getting fired because "We over-estimated our growth projection". 2. Have respect and love for ppl around you, and form great connections. 3. Personal Note: Antil, I still remember my evening rides to work and office listening to RJ Khurki when I was young, ambitious and work headed. Loved those days. So well said brother! First of all jhappi🫂 I used work in an NGO (well known and reputated). I don't want to take the name not because I can't mention but I don't want to as Antil vaiya said. So they used to work for women rights and health par un logo ko ghanta fark nhi parta tha unke women employees ke mental ka ya fir unke khud ke life me kya problems chal rhe h! And the pressure they used give that can't be mentioned! As u said apne special dino mein bhi hum jaate h hai aur raat tak kaam karte h just because we love the work but wohi log jab aapko kaam karwa lene ke baad they used blame or not give a damn, That really hurts. So I chose the same. I really don't want to stay unhappy and show that smiling face everywhere like a doll. I left the job too. But I am happy now! I may not earning that much now but I am happy 😊.

Goodluck Antil for ur journey, just remember that if u can make something for once u can make that again n better than the last time❤️ After seeing this vlog I had tears in my eyes because I have been through this trauma n depression by my family. I m an educated and independent girl which my in laws could never digest, I was tortured mentally upto that level that I was forced to leave my house with my husband just after 1.5 years of my marriage. We faced the worst time of our life new business rental house lots of problems n facing this harsh society but I m happy now that we finally made it. Went through a similar phase a month ago in my work place. I resigned from there. I was treated badly made me question my capabilities. Went through a very bad phase mentally.thanks to maa for being the biggest support during this time. She made me believe in myself and i have been doing way way better than before. I guess people might make you feel worthless inspite of being hardworking but if you are genuinely passionate about what you do the universe will take you to the right place. I got a better job at a better place with a better raise and in a way healthier work env
