Finally I have left tp. I joined tp last year and worked there 15 months. My journey in tp has been tiring. The weird thing was grave yard shifts. Your shift starts at 2a.m. I know how I managed for this. At last I fed up and left the company.

My process has been changed. Now I am in chat. I had been working in email for Last 11 months. I don’t know how to handle chats. 9 minute time is given to each agent to handle a chat. Sometimes you are handling 3 chats in same time. Job has become very hectic now. I m thinking about quitting this job.

😂😂 when you file resignation in tp. your team leader, Accm and mo all try to get resignation cancelled by giving you tempting offers like Leaves and changing shift timings. This is happening with me. I am enjoying this.
