I know it is not the same thing but I stopped watching drama channels and social media for a while now. I would roll over when my alarm went off and log on for the tea. I was anxious and to involved, I feel like the drama is getting to personal and IRL. The doxxing and all the other malicious stuff going on is vile and to much.
