That bit from YB’s wedding where Keith said something along the lines of “I know I won’t always be your boss, but I hope I’ll always be your friend” totally sums it up, I think. They’ve also talked about how they will change people’s job titles and responsibilities to make the job a better fit for the person, rather than the other way around. I’m so glad they really seem to care about their team as individuals, and support them in finding their own strengths and passions.

I love how I was expecting it to be bad because normally is but he had it wholesome. I am so excited to be a part of the workforce and even excited to work under a company like Try Guys because if he could leave a job and it was wholesome and yeah there are good and bad days but he says overall it was pleasant.
