That bit from YB’s wedding where Keith said something along the lines of “I know I won’t always be your boss, but I hope I’ll always be your friend” totally sums it up, I think. They’ve also talked about how they will change people’s job titles and responsibilities to make the job a better fit for the person, rather than the other way around. I’m so glad they really seem to care about their team as individuals, and support them in finding their own strengths and passions.

Ok, I fucking love this for you Miles! THIS IS HOW YOU LEAVE A COMPANY YOU LOVED! 🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻 How beautiful for everything to reach it's natural progression in such a positive and supportive way. Cheers to you investing in yourself! You have a magnetic presence, I can't wait to watch you thrive on your own!! Also VERY happy to hear you'll still be doing stuff with the guys! 💜🎉🎉

I’m glad you stuck around as long as you did and didn’t let “other people” ruin it for you, try as they might to ruin it for everyone. Just remember where you are now, and where “that person” is now, and take comfort in the fact that you are still relevant and the bigger, not toxic person. On to the next great thing. You will be missed with the Try Guys, but I’m glad you will still have a presence elsewhere. Hope you are able to make some appearances here and there still.

Have you seen the fun they have been having without someone - Ned - telling them what they were allowed to do and who they were allowed to be? That’s awesome to see how much you’ve grown both personally and professionally over the past 5 years, and it’s exciting to think where you’ll continue to grow from here. Must be. This man has a 30-year-old kid? I'm 30! And my dad looks spry for his age but illness and stress and pathological distrust of sunscreen have taken its toll. The man looks from anywhere a ripe 27-year-old to a fresh 40-year-old, and not a day older. Jesus, the genetics on some people.
