My babies are grown. But I remember taking a 1 minute shower with the bathroom door open, running out naked after the shower to the nursery to see if my baby was STILL breathing!!! Most of us have these crazy feelings! That little Gia is a cutie pie!!! Congrats! Believe it or not, it gets easier as they grow and can do things for themselves. Welcome Back🤗

My anxiety was so high. I was afraid to carry my daughter. I remember the first time I had to take my daughter out without my husband. I wouldn’t take an elevator because I thought I would get trapped with her. I even charged my route to get home to avoid bridges and overpasses because I was afraid it would collapse. My second postpartum experience was so different. I felt like I got to finally enjoy having a newborn the second time around

Girl I remember when you used to write on your blog and I feel like we had a convo through comments back in the day… it’s so cool to grow up with you. When I tell you I can SO relate to everything you’re saying. My kids are 11 & 7 now and when I say it actually gets worse!!! I will lay in my bed at night picturing all kinds of scary things (the most unrealistic) happening to them! Parenthood is absolute insanity. But so rewarding as you know and completely worth it. So sorry to hear about your Aunt. Crazy stress with moving too. You need to find a way to have just a small routine for yourself even if it’s 1 hour a day for a quiet moment. Or you truly will lose it. I love to hear you talk so if you find the time please upload!! 💕

I've seen a life stressor list that has major stressors listed by severity and you had at least 3 in the top 5: a death, a move, and a birth, and then a business/ job change, *and* all during stupid coronavirus world. It's no wonder you had anxiety! I was terrified of everything when I had my daughter. Just going anywhere in the car had me almost crying and so stressed out.
