I part exchanged it to a dealership in Cambridge the gear box was on its way out has it been fixed I couldn't get the parts good van though new wheel bearings breaks driveshafts good engine

Thanks for replying. Did you sell it to Kez at Buysafeuk in March (the place, not the month)? He sent me some pics - I think he's had the Cosworth seats out of it. It looks like there's very little rust and it's been well looked after. Were planning on driving to the Algarve this winter, back in the spring. We've had a couple of van's before but I did the fit-outs myself and they lacked mod cons - seating, shower, fridge etc. This'll be luxury. Is there anything I should know about? Forewarned is forearmed as they say!

@dnut00 sound van the only reason I got rid of it I was unable to get a gearbox for it .yes that's the place new disc and pad new rear breaks and wheel bearings, driveshafts replacement 22 new exhaust new starter and battery 23 new spring hangers 21 a great buy if the gearbox is sorted I hope this helps good engine regularly serviced.

Thanks for that... I've spoken to Kez on the phone a couple of times and thought he sounded like a decent kind of bloke. I'm in Falmouth and am going to agree to buy it unseen on the understanding that there are no nasty surprises... I really don't need a wasted trip, so great to get a bit of corroboration. Shame about the seats though... Cheers.
