Why I live in Armenia and why I'm not leaving

I talk briefly about my former life in Australia and the reason my wife and I came to live in Armenia over 8 years ago. Then I explain why we're not leaving Armenia.
This video was filmed in my workplace at the National Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in our Soviet era theatre/auditorium.

Very inspiring, Mitch, I discovered your channel soon after me and my wife decided to leave Canada and start a new life in Armenia, and here we are today, in Armenia since last Thursday, and loving every moment of it. Hey Rafi, just got curious to know many people love to move to Canada , but u left Canada and started living life in Armenia ! It’s really surprising ! Specifically what’s the reasons you decided to make a life in Armenia ? Comparing with Canada is it far better living in Armenia ? Very interested to know ! Thanks !

The main reason is because I got tired of living in a surroundings of cold relationships, money driven mentalities and an "advanced" society where it resembles Babylon more and more, each year that passes. In Armenia, I love to go shop in old markets, where the floors are all broken, with tiny old shops, and have a human to human true conversations. I visited Armenia first in February 2015 with really low expectations as the only person I know who ever visited Armenia was a family member during the Soviet period. Armenia showed me how wrong I was. I had such a great holiday that I returned to Armenia for two weeks in July 2015.

@ginny2071...that's a very broad question, so it's impossible for me to answer. All I can suggest you do is search on www.list.am/en/ under real estate. There are just too many viables. You can search under apartments, houses, rent or buy etc. All the best🙏
