Choose a site that receives sunlight, have a reliable water source if the rain is not reliable, have a source of compost to help meet the crop nutritional need, use the correct spacing to give each plant room to grow. With organic farming pest and disease control you'll have to use methods like hand picking, pruning diseased parts, uprooting diseased plañts, use of pheremone traps, use of sticky traps, intercrop with pest repelling plants e.t.c

You need to alternate different fungicides for better results that is you can spray broad spectrum fungicide and alternate it with a copper based fungicide. Also baking powder mixed with water and sprayed can be quite effective.

30 by 60 is not economical unless the soils are poor that is very low in nutrients. Or the spacing will be ideal where you want do intercroping.

One gunia of kales is how much? How many gunia would you get from an acre? How many would fit in an FRR lorry?

Depends with where you are between 1500-5000. Also during dry season it can fetch as high as 10,000. You can get up to100 bags cumulatively depending on management. Frr can cary upto 80 bags considering weighbridge requirement of height

100g /acre if you are starting in a nursery then transplant. For direct sowing in the field it will require more
