Why I love cycling 🥰 (see comments)

Some of the many reasons why I fell in love with cycling: 1. It’s a couple hours of uninterrupted appreciation of nature 🍃 I’ve been to many of the locations I cycle to via car in Singapore and it just doesn’t hit the same. Going through monkey mile 🐒 on a bike in the early hours before sunrise, breathing in the crisp air, and feeling the precipitation on your skin is such beautiful feeling 2. It’s one of the sports that allows you to still be social. Unless we’re properly training and pushing our limits, I love that it’s a few hours of catching up with friends. 3. And on the days you don’t want to be social (😂), you can also easily shut off your brain to focus on the roads. It’s a few hours of peace & quiet - allowing you to be present with your own thoughts 💆🏻‍♀️ 4. Endurance sports are a great test of your mental resilience. Punchier rides test your mind more than just the physical aspect. 5. The coffee and food 🤤🤪 I very much have rides where we just plot out our food spots and ride to eat LOL
