Menus that contain "blossom blossom" will help mothers who have a small amount of milk. Banana blossom helps increase the amount of milk for mothers after giving birth very well. Most Thai people eat this menu after giving birth.

Hi Mandy.! you need to get Lloyd to tighten the dunny seat for you. Underneath the dunny seat at the back there are two plastic (wing nut) type nuts. all you have to do is twist them anti clockwise and tighten them No more dunny seat slipping n sliding..!!

Probably as one of the biggest life happiness is food. You are what you eat and Thailand have plenty of good nutrition food compared to others colder regions. The Thai has four 4-6 weeks recovering period after birth for the woman body to heal properly after birth, both mentally and physically in all aspects. My grandmother told us the story that sanitation after birth in the old days is done naturally with natural elements in Thailand which is better for the human that has just gone through something so big. Birth is the biggest blessing of life in the Thai culture of belief, carrying the baby, going into child labor and recuperation during pregnancy periods from the very beginning till the baby is about 6-8 weeks has became the most important time in every Thai woman’s lives as well as the to be dad. This is the reason why all mum to be in Thailand have always been looked after very well from family members as well as doing it themselves so the transition is smoother - particularly for new family who is expecting for the first time.

If u can dry your placenta and take in pill form or however they might do it there really nourishes your blood and energy after baby. Also promotes more milk production and a smoother flow. Good for your mind as well . I’m an acpuncturist that’s why I know. If you want more kids in the future the body will be stronger.

Mandy. I watched your video on why you are having your baby in Thailand and I concur with all the issues that you talked about. I especially agree with your comments on Thai hospitals and medical care system. My wife and I are regular visitors to Thailand for extended periods and I have had first hand experience with Thai hospitals and the healthcare system They are both outstanding. Our healthcare system here in Canada is good but we could learn from Thailand. I have a question regarding the citizenship of the baby. Obviously he/she will have Thai citizenship but what about Australian and/or Canadian citizenship? As parent you want to give your children the most opportunities possible. Multiple citizenships is certainly an opportunity builder. A Thai only citizenship could severely limit their opportunities in the future.

1 thing to know, Thai people are quite touchy (like to touch) the baby, so if you dont like your kid being touch so you should prepare some 'WORD'. Maybe a white-lie isn't that bad, tell them that your kid is sick etc etc... GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY
