Ka pai bro! I struggled with the same dilemma - been running my online business as a NZ tax resident and forgoing a huge amount of taxes. At least in NZ there are no capital gains taxes but the Dubai temptation is real :)

I'm watching content from other entrepreneurs who are based there and never heard any of them mention that they would lose business because they were based there... If anything, Dubai is associated with business mindset and plenty of others have thriving businesses there...

i did this, moved back to the UK after 3 years, had huge problems with living here, moved back to the UK and I lasted 3 months lol! dubai has lots of issues but its a very convenient place to live
