UPDATE: They have improved! A lot! Today I spoke to iFly, and the past days I spoke to creators who were still in the program. Things have improved a lot and I've been given the chance to re-join the team as a KZbinr. I'll soon make a video about this as well, explaining things in detail.

Again, I WILL CONTINUE TO UPLOAD! Just not on Jartex. On a final note: I really enjoyed playing on Jartex and am super grateful especially for the beginning on the server as many things worked amazingly. However, after complaining so many times, and always getting false promises, it's really affected my content too due to me being upset by the Jartex media management. Therefore I need to get away from Jartex as soon as possible, hoping to also create better content for all of you again. I very much hope me creating content on other servers, such as Hypixel, will not make you quit watching as I still value every single viewer and friend that I met through Jartex. Cheers

As a current staff member and very active member in the Jartex community since 1 year and a bit its sad to hear all of this that I didn't even know neither imagined. This video changed a lot my perspective of the server's media management but not only. The media team of the server is a really good one altho the management of it its just smth else and yes, I blame both for it but Rodagave more, not saying that he isn't doing his job as a manager but sometimes he vanishes like my dad that went to get milk and never came back promissing stuff that won't happen/happen after tons of days/weeks/or even more of when it should have happened. Hope all of this changes asap since this only shows unprofessionalism from their part and it will only decreese the amount of players jartex has. PS: I never had a chance to actually talk with you but I love your videos and saw at least 40 of them, from old to new ones, keep it up and don't forget to visit us in game once in a while!

They won’t change. No offense but most views KZbinrs get most of their views from us, the fact that they force you to upload every x days is just weird, never knew that. Do I feel bad for the false promises by the staff team, yeah, do I think they will change anything, no. To clarify: I am not justifying being ignored, it's unprofessional on the management side, I stepped away from handling these things quite some time ago so it's out of my control. My point being is that there should never have been rules or requirements to meet once you obtain the rank, the reward system is great but doesn't work for smaller content creators. Which is why I said the KZbinrs have a huge profit for being able to ping thousands of members in our Discord server, they gain free views from us, which is something I wanted when I implemented this idea years ago, it's sad to see it has all turned in to who can get the most views to grab the most giftcards you aren't receiving. To the creators that have left, sad to see you go and good luck on your new adventures!

I don't think youtubers should get any reward for the content they are creating as thiemo suggested most views they are getting are cause of Jartex anyways. An appreciation once in a while could be good where management identifies KZbinr as a proper contributor and disburses a few gift cards but that's about it. I have seen some stupid KZbinrs who make applications on forums where they say they will fight other players and those who win they will give gift cards, Jartex ain't looking for a gift card distributor but an advertiser.

I have just found this video and I so relate with you and all the other youtubers who made this video regarding rodagaves carelessness for a lack of better word towards not only the players but also the members of the community who help keep the server alive. I hope the management team sees a drast change in the coming months. Im sure you remember me as an ex staff member of jartex, even though i was not part of the media team i made it my top priority to interact with you and australiaa and other yt ranks and as well as just general players. As far as my experience goes the staff members who are not at thr srmod rank dont really have much of a say in the teams functioning and just get ignored or denied or made prolonged delayed promises. But this is just my experience and no way am I saying this is something that 100% happens. I hope to be returning to the jartex staff team in the coming months and I hope the team mostly management team is being more interactive with the community. I must agree w u on is that ifly is probably the most dedicated staff member in the team I'd say even more than rodagage who literally gets paid so much money by craftigame

When I was in media team, Similar thing happened to me. I was only provided with a gift card once and got scammed multiple times. The replies were also extremely slow it was like they didnt want to reply. The neglect to the media team is insane. I am glad it is being bought to light. Thank you Huhnicorn!

Damn none of these things were a thing when I had yt rank, the media team was amazing, it was just me, nelly, cookie, sahvi with media ranks then GamingFizz, Laurita and Thiemo as the staff. Although I left since every Jartex stream would feel like me just babysitting 50 children in my stream chat for 2 hours at a time lmao. W video (edit: rodagave also came into management right as I left jartex and it seemed to be already going downhill as soon as he arrived, banning nelly was a prime example, dude is a freak)

Hi, ex-staff jartex here. Roda doesnt give a single sh*t about players nor youtubers. Its so dumb. He rather does things his own way and he will get "mad" if you have another opinion about it, which is insane dumb for a manager to do. I told them since the day that I resigned that the managers (including srmods) should more communicate with the community. But they still don't do that stuff.. Beside my little roast about that, its still insane that the ones promoting this network are not getting what they were promised. Its also sad to see that the owners give a kid (Roda) full perms to ruin the server like this. I hope this will change soon but I really doubt it. xoxo unfollowers

Quite frankly this is honestly sad to see. Personally ive wanted to be a part of the media management team ever since i became a staff member myself, because of how interesting the system seemed to me. However i did have my doubts about how fiesable it would really be and this video just proves all my suspicions. The media members are being forced to put in effort by the management not only putting pressure on you guys but also causing stress which 9 times out of 10 does not lead to creative videos or ideas. Which is the whole reason the media team exists in the first place, a group of individuals who are able to show off creative content about Jartex in their own style, To help put the network out there. As for the humiliation by the media management members its quite bluntly put, Unacceptable. With all of these things being said I respect your decision and wish you the best of luck henceforth.

Out of topic but, as an ex-staff member, I can see how they haven't improved after 2 years. Their staff members are also a tad bit unfair and unprofessional, I was demoted because of "leaking" (alts i think?). But to be honest, I wasn't the only one who did this (and I know this lol), there are staff members do this as well but there is a thing called "favoritism" and I can say I was probably the least liked staff member because of how strict I was with their rules. I was also with Roda before he was Manager, I'm so sorry you had to experience this.

I was banned for 2 whole years.after appealing 5 times and plus 2 more u get if you ask MOD to give u another chance to appeal,still all of them were rejected .I decided to type every single bad word my mind could remember plus also mentioning to everyone about the staff rejecting my appeals 7 times,they eventually took back my perm ban and let me on their server again.

The way Jartex operates as a whole has been quite questionable for me for a long time. This has been the case with my staff applications as well. Rodagave focuses on stuff that aren't quite important, which you could see publicly. For instance, making changes that don't really need any notice or aren't urgent, and leaving far more important stuff behind. He is also strictly in charge of almost everything which makes it even worse. He ignores/is away for long times, and needing to go back to a single man for everything when you can't even get a reply from him is quite annoying. Questions that barely take 10 seconds to reply to are way too often ignored even when he is literally online and is engaged in a conversation on Discord, meaning he could - with a click of a mouse reply - but either refuses or whatever other reason he has. Small edit: While I could sit here all day long trying to list everything that has happened ever since, it's more important to emphasize on the point of having someone who can't get most of his responsiblities done. Not to mention the personal matters that he takes onto the network. Annoyed Rodagave? Blacklisted. Did something between you and him completely unrelated to Jartex? Blacklisted.

Yeah, rodagave dude isn't even online or he is just ghosting you, the staffs are also going downhill since they punish you for no reason but don't punish the hackers and etc. The media management is pretty screwed up and i feel like no one cares about them and as i said they demote you for some useless reason (kinda similar to getting punished for no reason) and don't demote the youtubers who haven't uploaded in months (like cheaters not getting punished) if this makes sense (?). Since last year it has been the downfall of jartex and it's sad to see that.

This explains why jartex is slowly dying, the lack of advertisement, I always wondered why Australiaa never uploaded about jartex or pinged people for a new video in jartex channels, but this explains why. Jartex losing their top youtubers for no reason and Rodagave being lazy is just horrendous for the server, and soon all they will have is PikaNetwork (since jartex will die soon in my opinion).
