I wonder why most people wanasemanga ati 650cc huwa haikunywi.Nimeendesha 650,1000 na hata 1300 na hizo gari hazinanga tofauti kubwa.Kama gari haina shida ingine like poor servicing na maintenance a 1300cc should give atleast 15-17kml,1000cc 15-18kml and 650cc 15-19/20 but this depends on the terrain,load,km/h and the driving habits.NB One can smoothly drive a 1300cc at 2000rpm unlike 650cc which can smoothly drive at 3000rpm so the higher revs equals to higher fuel consumption.Gari kama ni yako nunua 1300cc/1000cc and for hybrid go for 1500cc/1800.Hybrid is the best car i can recommend for anyone since they give best fuel economy and power than 650cc,1000cc,1300cc e.t.c non hybrid combined.

I don't think 650cc is the best way, the best way is to separate 650cc with 1200cc.and drivers to to identify where they are loosing their money eg dead miles, passenger issue 1 passenger can't be charged same with 3 passenger because of weight and before you arrive at pick up you should know how many unabeba kama ako n mzigo dere lazima ajue and issue of watoi car capacity is 3 but unapata ni wanne including mtoi. By thatway dere ata minimize his losses .
