As soon as I started putting myself first I started showing up better for my loved ones too. We should always put ourselves first and not loose ourselves in any relationship. Amazingly said as always Dulce! Respecting my inner child and the inner child someone else has in them is absolutely key. Yet again there are people who don't respect boundaries and don't even understand why someone has to set them.

Everyone’s ‘Dharma’ duty is different. There’s no one size fit all. Meditation and yoga is vast. In One life time, as the sages says you’ll experience millions of emotions due to the cycle of birth and death which is beyond your child trauma and what society has given you .
