I love watching all your setup videos. Hopefully you find some planner peace soon. I found that reducing the number of planners I use helped with giving some planner peace. When I had more than 2 planners, for my lifestyle, I found myself doing stuff just to be doing it. Like decorating without functionality, writing the same stuff in multiple places, and/or making up stuff to write just to fill in the empty spaces. But now that I am down to 2 planners...I don't feel overwhelmed or wasteful. I also find that decorating my journal gives me just as much creative peace as decorating my planners. And it makes more sense for me to just decoratively journal without having to write...so it's giving me what I need when I just want to use some stickers, ink, washi, etc.

I'm trying to do my own inserts in blackout. I only use two planners, one for work and one for home/personal. I prefer the classic size. I enjoy all of your planning videos. Whatever you want to share, I'll watch it!

I’m also have decided to change some stuff. I was using a passion planner that I bought last year on Pi Day. I hate it. The borders are too thick, the time slots are too small. It’s a Sunday start. The months are separated from the weeks. There are no monthly tabs. I really wanted to like it because it has a goal setting component but I won’t continue using it. I already decorated February so I will try to stick it out. I will likely use some old HP hourly pages until July when the 18 month planners come out.

Yes, lost mojo is real, and for me, it seems to come down to being bored with what I'm doing and also doing too much. I think I'm on the right track now. I've made even more changes since this video. I actually spent hours in the CraftLab last night working in my planners and organizing my thoughts and systems. That's something I haven't done in months. I hope you get your mojo going again.
