The longer you wait, the higher the price real estate will. Over the long term, prices always go up. I would say yes. If you can find a way to do it, buy a house now. Buying a house is scary. If you buy a house now, at least it will be paid off in 25 to 30 years. Put it this way, how much do you think rent will be in 25 to 30 years? I hope you are doing well Luna.
