Here is my opinion: Generally most people don't draw realism but they draw like in a cartoon/anime style and in the cartoon/anime style the heads aren't as small as the realistic style cause it's supposed to be made to look cute and aesthetically pleasing. Gacha games from Lunime were based off those styles so most users got used to it because the majority of people playing if not all know the cartoon/anime style and perfer it better. But when you try to add realism into the what was supposed to be anime characters it doesn't work out. Adjusting the size of the head and nothing else, makes it so only the head is proportionate and everything else is off. That is why people prefer to keep the default headsize just to make everyhig else looking right. That's what I think.

the only reason i prefer larger heads is because when i make the head smaller the outline of the head and hair gets smaller and it looks weird when it doesn't match up. if they fixed this by keeping the outline of things the same size no matter what i would use small heads more often. also it makes sense for a chibi character to have a big head because that's their style but making the head smaller just in my opinion does not make for a character that's supposed to have a big head, im fine with the head getting one or two sizes smaller, in fact I've gotten use to it because all the famous gachatubers have smaller heads now (eg. meech da peach, wise fox, etc.) THIS IS ALL MY OPINION PPLZ DONT ATTACK ME FOR THIS!!

I prefer small heads too for most, if not all of the reasons you do. I always found that the big heads were awkward when I was making edits (no, I don't hate them. The bigger heads are absolutely adorable, but I just found it awkward to work with), so I moved to using smaller heads. I'm glad I'm not the only one!

I’m fine with the small heads, but like- 93% of the community uses the regular heads so it just looks strange?? That’s my view on it, but it’s sad that the community can’t handle a small difference. Anyways, your videos are great, keep it up!

I don’t make them completely tiny, I usually shrink them to 15 because I’m sorry but the normal sized head is utterly MASSIVE it doesn’t look chibi or cartoony it just looks ridiculously big on the tiny neck and body.
