I got my first gig to come to Europe as an ESL teacher in Spain and went through a handful of different schools and private academies each with a different experience. Teaching is definitely no joke and I also found myself working way way way more than I ever should have. If you're looking to live abroad long term, hang in there. Opportunities are out there and you will find them too ❤

@AlexTighe Yeah I definitely think I got particularly unlucky with my second academy. Teaching is a rewarding job but it's definitely not easy. Thank you for your kind words, I wish you well 🩷

Yeah! Unfortunately, the working hours and the amount of work were insane at that Hagwon.🥲 Especially after teaching with EPIK where your work day ends at 4:30pm, it was quite the shock to the system 😆
