I worked in Vedantu as a Senior AC.. Nearly had the highest in hand of 1.23 lacs in a month (incl Incentives). I must say this Edtech has a much better work environment and culture than the rest Edtech giants. I worked under 3 Team Leaders and I had a wonderful exp with every single one of them. It's all about how you learn, adapt and perfrom in Sales. That's it..! It'll being you some unimaginable paycheques when you really know the game. That's my opinion. All respect to Vedantu.

Subham tell me one thing if we disqualify the incubation period or agar hum 20 day me resign kar dete hai...then humko 20 days ka salary milega ya nahi....or agar milega to kab tak milega bro

Just wait till 31st of the June....bcz that's the payment day cycle.....if it's to be given then would be credited to you on 31st of June......I also have done similar things ....I also would let to know on 31st itself......there was no issues if you disqualify...u may have gone for retraining....just till 31st.....bcz there was a guy in our incubation grp .... Who was in incubation and taking the salary from 1.5months continuously......
