You do you! This mantra feels like I have “permission “ from myself to look after myself sometimes first in the long line of people. It means it’s OK to put myself first asI need my health and well-being to care for others in my circle.😘

You Do You for me means standing up for what you want in life, even if that decision is met with criticism and judgment. Standing up for your goals, passions and beliefs, and celebrating your own achievements.

I think for me “you do you’ is definitely about giving myself permission to practice self care. Sometimes it’s about allowing myself to take care of my needs and wants first. Other times it’s about reminding myself that I haven’t been practicing self care and now is the time to do it. Sometimes it’s a gentle self compassion and other times it’s a push in a healthier direction. It definitely changes.

"You do you" to me is about being yourself and not worrying what other people think about you or how you choose to live your live..and also taking care of yourself ❤

Hair and nails are looking fab! ❤️ You do you to me means similar to what you described - learning to make decisions for myself and my family and it also reminds me to be mindful of self care. Lastly it has made me much less judgemental of others because I think they're just doing them - "good for you, not for me!" ❤️ If I win the sweater I'm going to gift it to my sister :)

To me, You do you means to always do what feels right to you regardless of the outside pressures around us. It means to follow your heart and the rest will come. That not everybody has to have the same likes and dislikes, and that's totally okay because 'you do you'.

You do you means to me not being a judgemental person. Just because I may not get something you do or it’s not for me, doesn’t mean it’s not for you! Everyone is different and I embrace that.

You do you means avoiding unnecessary conflict in my life. I have learned that being as drama free as possible is a necessity for my anxiety. I don't engage with people that I know don't like me. In a perfect world, we all get along and everyone likes everyone but that just isn't the reality we live in. So....You do you and I will do me.

Mare, I really love your hair. Also, your nails are great. Now I want to get my nails done. Lol. 'You do you' means to me, that you be your authentic self. To understand that there will be times when we disagree with others. And, that's okay. You can choose what you want to do, such as 'you do you' and live life fully. Others may not agree with what you chose to do and that's okay. It doesn't always mean that either person is right or wrong, we are just simply doing the 'you do you' thing. Learn to be your authentic self and learn to agree to disagree.

Your hair and nails look fab! When the clip of you standing in the kitchen post-haircut started, I thought you had some fancy top or dress on since you had your straps down, I thought, where is she off to!? Too funny. Not entering the giveaway, but I love the 'You Do You' message and sweatshirt, to me it just means that we should all be ourselves! (Funnily enough, I wore it in front of my extended family earlier this year, to which one person responded "What does that mean?!" in a judgemental tone... some people just don't get it, ugh.) Xo

Sooo.... this morning I put my hair in a bun and off to work I went. At lunch I saw it in a mirror and it was sitting crooked on the side of my head 🤣. So after work went directly to cut off 7 inches. Then came home , ate and turned on your video 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. 😘😘.... PS not interested in giveaway ( I have the tat) but hope someone awesome wins it 👍
