Get organized. Get aggressive. Get disciplined. Categorize your types of content: musings; outfits; day in the life; whatever. Schedule them; expand on them. These "talkies" are my favorite. Expand your subject matter. Comment on something controversial, be topical, too. In other words: Go get em tiger!

Don't think that because your YT following is not massive that you are not loved. YT is hard work. Posting a new film at the exact same time every week is taxing, and often a lot of KZbinrs end up posting a load of rubbish every week just to hit the algorithm. Less is more. A new film from Elise is a real treat and I have two teenage daughters who are thrilled when you post!
