My great Fusion is a 2017 Platinum. MSRP was $ 41,300. Included self park, AWD, every possible option. $ 36,000 after discounts. As future proofed as you can get. Parallel parks itself within 6 inches of the curb every time. I did have a frozen screen at 13,000 miles. Did not affect drivability. Dealer replaced the APIM. The fix solved the problem, and oddly, added features I didn’t have. To me, it is a Lincoln with the Ford badge.

some folks don't know that there is such a thing as "dealership tires" and "tires." You could get the same exact Continental ContiPro tires AFTER you bought the car, and they'd likely last longer. Manufacturers put on name brand tires for the appeal and to reflect pricing, but it's actually a lesser quality then it's consumer bought companion.

We have also been experiencing high temperatures out here the past 2 weeks or so (95°-105° during the day) but we don't really have any place to park it where it would get better shade than it currently has. I bought a used 2011 Ford fusion SEL in 2014 with 71000 miles on it that I drove for 6 years and put an additional 120000 hard miles on and it's still running great. No knocking, no smoking, no oil use at all. The biggest problem I had with mine was the air conditioner went out and I replaced the compressor, the lines and a little box under the passenger side dash and it still leaked freon at a rate of about a can a day. My husband bought me a used 2016 Ford Fusion SE with 54000 miles on it about a week ago and it seems to be a very solid car too. My husband now drives my 2011 bc he's not as worried about the air conditioning as I am. But I have had nothing but good experiences with Ford Fusion that's why when I bought another car I only test drove the 4 Fusion's on the lot bc I knew I wouldn't get stuck with a lemon. I find it funny that you did a video at 80000 miles telling how great your car was and on and on with nothing bad to say and all of the sudden 5000 miles later it's sold and you have a whole list of crap that went wrong with it. Kinda makes me think your videos aren't that trust worthy and maybe you were paid to ditch the Fusion and endorse another vehicle. By the way the road noise in this video was so loud that you could barely hear what you were saying, the Fusion was was much quieter.

My 2011 Fusion has 200k miles on it now. Im going to replace the shocks and struts on it and go another 100k. Mine has only had 3 sets of tires in 200k miles. The fusion likes touring tires and not the sporty tires. I ran Michelin Defenders and currently I have Cooper Grand Touring tires. I (and the car) like the Coopers much better than the Michelins. They are American owned and made, cheaper, ride smoother, and are quieter than the Michelins I have owned in the past. Im glad the tire dealer talked me into it. But I dunno what you were doing to eat up all those tires LOL. If you wanted a Michelin that would last a long time you shoulda bought the Defenders. I didnt like them to much but they certainly lasted a LONG time. Mine rode like new until about 180k miles. The shocks and struts are getting a little weak on it and need replacing. But I cant complain after 200k miles lol. Most manufactures recommend new shock and struts at 50k miles.

Bought mine a year ago. It's a 2015 fusion S. It had almost 96k on it when I bought it. And I've got almost 132k on it now. No issues.

I got my 2016 2.5L Fusion around 23Kmiles, around 40K it needed new rear brakes and new tires. Tread was good, but soft material worn down, so not so good for winter. My radio screen black screened around 36K miles and I didn't take it in ontime for warrenty, so it is still black screened now at 102K miles. Now at 102K miles I'm looking to replace all 4 brakes come spring, I'm looking at maintenance for 100K. Ford wants arm or leg for spark plug change... a spark plug costs between $2-$9 and there are 4 spark plugs total, so I'm confused how they can charge $479.36 for a very easy change. orange coolant change too $169. transmission says to change oil and filter at 150K miles, but going into second gear mine isn't always smooth the first time starting for the day... so may want to do transmission oil change sooner. I found a bunch of maintenance videos on youtube, many say to get different oils and things changed wayyy before ford recommends. Also I Fluid Filmed under my car to help prevent rust cancer, also tried to get in frame where I could find holes to spray into.

Yep, I have a 2016 Fusion and I love it. It has 29,000 miles on it and it will be 4 years old since I bought it in March of 2016. It is kinda of noisy though.

What? You mean a convertable, German, sports car, is more fun then a midsized family sedan? Say it isn't so! I've never heard a nice word about the Sony infotainment system in the Fusion. Never drove a 4 year old car car with 85k. That's 20k a year. Somebody was driving that car!

Bitch about the tires? If you have AWD it will wear faster no matter the vehicle. Tires you bought could also be not long life tires. Plus the faster you drive and city etc the more wear on the tires. That is not a complaint. My older Fusion came with Michelins and they still had life by 42k miles mostly highway.

Clearly your brake reservoir needed topping off with dot fluid. What else do you think causes spongy brakes!? Lol. Its not some mystery needing solving by the Scooby doo squad.

The Sync and infotainment system gremlins are enough to get rid of any Ford or Lincoln. They really need to resolve this issue. Snap, crackle, wait for it....... No sound or radio. Repeat.

My '18 Fusion Hybrid radio suddenly goes silent on long trips. Only happened a handful of times but to correct I turn off the radio and turn it back on. It's not the literal radio I use it for but the bluetooth stereo to play the music on my phone.

I heard a lot of issues for the vehicle being "flawless". Any given site I go to, these cars are sitting on lots, barely ever past 180,000 miles, and are cheap because you get what you pay for. GRANTED, if you want to have an old GM, saturn experience with a dead model, swapping parts because it's cheap then feel free to try and work an older fusion. You sold it at that mileage because that's when the bill starts driving uphill, unlike a fusion transmission.

I had a Ford F-150 2017. It was good the first year but problematic since the second year. Just stay away from ford

AWD Vehicles go thru tires faster.Do your homework.even brake pads do not past as long on AWD Vehicles...AWD Vehicles are not necessary unless you live in bad winter states...I'll.never buy AWD again..speakers are cheap in most cars.

My Fusion with AWD 19 inch tires handles incredibly well on rain slicked curved roads. I attribute that to the AWD.
