Hi Sophie, thanks for subscribing. I’m disappointed, too. It’s a beautiful bag. I thought it would hold a little more, but it didn’t, and it was awkward for me to get things in and out of. Most people love it. I’m glad you’re satisfied with it. The YSL grey is so pretty.

I had the small loulou and sold mine too! Same reasons. Hard to close. Did not hold much. And I was influenced to buy it and never loved it!

I discovered the same thing. It's physically impossible and too much of a hassle. No top handles and back pocket make it even more inconvenient. Great video.

Dawn thanks for sharing the “givebackbox”. I’m more thank happy to help the refugees. I didn’t think it was possible in North America to send clothes so we donated money. If I can send clothes and shoes I will go through my closet and part with clothes I can do without. I find it just heartbreaking for these people and the more I can do the better.❤️🙏

Thats why this bag comes in other sizes if you want to carry more than phone , cards, lipstick etc . This bag is a perfect minimalist bag designed for cross body in my experience You may find small not Toy works better

Thanks for commenting. Maybe it was perfect for you, but it wasn’t for me. I have other small bags that I think are fantastic, but this wasn’t one of them. It’s very pretty, but not very functional. I can put more in my Chanel WOC than in this bag, which is why I sold this bag. In my opinion, there are better small bags out there.

Thank you for this review Dawn. I was very close to buying the toy lou because I kept seeing this from the influencers. Yet, your issue is the same as mine. I opted for the clutch instead and love it. The clutch is also small but it’s less bulky and cheaper. After your review, I can now totally scratch the toy lou in my list. And also thank you for putting the website for the donation. It’s truly heartbreaking what is going on in Ukraine. Going to the site now.

As always loved seeing Tiger.😍😍😍 I wish I could get my two to stay still for a minute but they’re both so fidgety.😖 The Toy LouLou is such a cute bag but if it doesn’t work for you there’s not point keeping it. Sometimes we just have to buy a bag and hope that it suits our lifestyle. I do like small bags but they have to be useful as well. I have the Gucci mini Ophidia which is tight but it still works for me. Looking forward to see what you’ll be getting next.🥰🥰🥰

Tiger is starting to be curious about what I’m doing when I sit in the living room. 😁. Your furbabies are so cute. They might join you one day on their own. I had the mini Ophidia, too, and it was too hard for me to maneuver things in the bag. I think I’m better off with mini bucket bags and my mini Evelyne. The shapes seem to work better. 😘.

This was such a good video and so helpful! I’ve wanted this bag for so long and for reasons such as the ones you’ve stated, I’ve kept talking myself out of it. I recently purchased a Coach pillow Madison and it was because it really resembled this bag but it’s got 2” of extra length and height which I think will come in very handy. I really just love the look of it and I’m trying not to give into the hype so I’m looking for alternative lower priced options that will fit the bill and scratches the Itch too, lol!

Great video, I have been wary of this bag because I suspected this same thing. I have plenty of mini bags in my collection, and some of them I do find a bit annoying for their capacity, so they only get carried when I do a lot of downsizing. 😎 I wonder what you'll get with your credit!! 😍
