Ummm, "They aren't a good value" Then 2 minutes later - It held it's value really well, like they all do. Value is what it's worth, what people are willing to pay for it. I'd say it was a great value, but hey, that's just me.

Yes they hold value, but paying that amount of money for something that isn’t worth the money when talking about features, options etc is crazy

@@Royalwhips two ways to look at it. They aren't cheap and don't have all the bells and whistles a similarly priced car would have. But the fact that they hold their value means that buyers are think they are worth it. They aren't for everyone. Frankly I have no use for gold, but the fact that it is expensive (with no bells and whistles) and holds it's value means that it's worth something! No big deal, someone will end up with your Wrangler who appreciates it for exactly what it's meant to be! I hear that a Prius gets great mileage and make great Daily Drivers!!!

I love my 2007 Wrangler but could not use her as a daily driver. When I was using as a DD I was spending $120 a week.

W/o a doubt just like any car, they aren’t for everyone, but your comments/complaints are pretty comical. Complaining about what they cost then state I had it for 2 years and made $2k! For a 8yr old almost 130k mile vehicle to get $20k for it, it must not be as bad as you claimant and 35’s plus stock gears isn’t very smart. I have a 16 JKU RHR, which has been my daily driver for 5+ years, it gets a snow plow on the front in the winter and will be pulled behind an RV soon, it’s a pretty versatile vehicle. It’s also been re-geared and has 37’s and YES it’s still slow especially compared to my Lotus. My biggest complaint with the wranglers is it’s power however regearing really helps. Now as you know they have a v8, 4xe and diesel options in addition to the 3.6 and 2.0T. To some the super basic interior that you can hose off is a good thing. Jeeps have never been cheap, they have always maintained their value pretty well which to me means when I finally need to sell it, it won’t loose nearly as much vs a different vehicle that might be cheaper to purchase, but will loose 50-75% more value. Kinda like your Vette, look how cheap you can buy them for +10 or so years old vs what they sold for new. I think your vette is closer to a wrangler then you think, both have cheap plastic interior and very old tech in the suspension. But people love them…..

I just did this for content, it’s not that I hated my Jeep but as a daily it didn’t make sense for my life at the time. I’d own another one but not for a little while
