My regular health insurance would take care of me, and my insurance with Grundy will cover everything from the drive to and back from the track and pit lanes. As soon as I cross from pit lanes to the burnout and staging area, all bets are off until I'm off the return road and back in the pits. To my knowledge, only Hagerty has on-track insurance. It is not cheap, and you buy it just for the event. I think it's like 3 days of coverage or something like that.
