Martial arts is like an itch in my brain. I can't turn it off. I have even asked myself why I still love it, even though nobody around me is as passionate about them as me. It's hard for me to find other with real passion for martial as a true way of life, and not a casual extracurricular activity. Its inspiring to see an older adult saying there is still much benefit in old age. It inspires me to keep going, even though people around me don't care about it. Thank you.

Do als Lebensweg

Very inspiring GM Dr, Norbert Mosch. We met last year in Korea during the THINK TANK GLOBAL SUMMIT of the GTTF. Looking forward to meet you again and have a souvenir picture...

At 55, I no longer affiliate with either of the 2 major TKD organizations. Due to the politics, I have chosen to become an independent instructor.

@2.25 mins on the left in pic, (your right obviously) is as you know GM Han Wong. I trained under him in the 90s at his Academy. I will always be indebted to GM Han Wong. This was a great watch and a pleasant surprise. 👍✌️

Good. However, what you fail to show here is a bit of your ability to "do" taekwondo, despite of your age and injuries. If the training is applied correctly, no injures that result with leg-limping or alike should occur. Great masters of Okinawan karate and kung fu KNOW how to train (themselves and the others) and are able to perform decently even beyond 90 year of age - only those who are greedy to grab the "glory" and money ruin their health by either running from tournament to tournament or becoming MMA fighters or working as bodyguards to criminals.

Thanks for the proposal. This video was made at my office, not at the dojang. But there are some other videos on this channel where I do some practice. However, I will do another one doing some training. Besides that, I still lead training sessions several times a week.

Would you say Tae Kwan Do more like a karate 50years ago?

No. Even modern history shows big influence from old Karate, Taekwondo now is technically different and has evolved into an own branch of martial art.
