Your vlogs are litereally so avergae, and that's the best part about it. Most vlogs I've watched are so extravagajt yours more something that us average people would most likely relate to, I personally love you sharing just a small aprt of your life through this adventuter of yours, making it feel very authetnic.

Yeah it feels like you're in the sweetspot of not being famous/rich/out of touch and being polished enough for great content. The moment you stop having fun and being your authentic self (authentic as we know it lol) is when the content may start being not as interesting (at least to me). I personally love the mundaneness of what you're doing and your observations of the world.

Hey Nate, it's J.R. Bjornsson here! I totally relate to your experience with creating longer vlog content. I face similar challenges on my channel, often finding myself repeating the same daily routines in my videos. I get super critical during editing too, sometimes cutting a 20-minute video down to just 7 minutes by removing all the pauses for a non-stop narrative flow. Unlike you, I don’t have sponsors, which gives me the freedom to experiment, yet I often notice a repetitive pattern in my productions. It makes me wonder why viewers remain interested when I start to lose interest myself. It can be quite frustrating. Despite this, I want to encourage you to keep pushing forward with your videos. We'll keep tuning in whenever possible. I've been enjoying your content for over a year now and genuinely appreciate what you do. Keep it up, Nate!

I honestly don't really care about the length of the video. I mean, longer vlogs are cool cause we get to see more content and just spend more time exploring with you, but I've never felt like the shorter videos are missing something, because I know that when something worth seeing happenes we're gonna see it. If you do want to get them longer I'm all for it, it's more NanoBytes! I just don't want them to become long and boring because you tried too hard to make them interesting, if you get what I mean. Also the breaks in your videos just make me more excited to see what happened this time lol so I also don't mind that, but I think that videos where you "rant" or explain something you are passionate about could be nice to fill the gaps.

The fact that Nate can put out a 4 minute video talking about how short his vlogs would be if he just did the normal stuff in one city, and the fact that lots of people watched this just like any of his other stuff, shows you that he could easily put out 15-20 vlogs of what he described his day was like, and people would love it still. But I get his point, ultimately you have to be comfortable with what you put out, but I'd still watch him do all that boring stuff because he's weird, quirky and amusing to listen to. We love you, Nate. Thanks for the videos.

Oh, how ironic you mention Tbilisi videos!! I have gone back and watched ALL your older videos chronologically & am halfway through that one!! 😄Lol I enjoy your vlogging( even watched the ones in between, such as when you had stayed in Barcelona & put some random subjects in there, like the Etherium one). Sucks about the theft of your backpack in Barcelona, but glad you were able to get yet another passport replacement without much hassle!!🤘 Anyways, I enjoy your videos & plan to keep watching, whenever you may upload!! Hope you hear back from that sponsor soon!!🙂✌️

I look forward to your vlogs every morning, honestly. The reason why is because it's so realistic - it's just you biking through Europe and it is very entertaining watching you try new gas stations, book hotels or steal local fruit. Just super comforting while I eat breakfast, for example. Personally, I would much rather you post short 4 minute "pointless" vlogs than 1 minute Shorts, because short form content has already fried my brain 😂

Honestly, I like the daily vlog regardless of the content(unless it's stock related!) but you going around to cities in on the other side of the world that I will never see, is pretty cool. Not boring at all. So, I like the shorts idea, or tiktok.

Obviously its up to you how you run your channel. But for me personally, the length of a video isn't much of a metric. If you show me interesting stuff and share your experiences, and the video is 4 minutes long, ill be glad to have watched. Quality over quantity, always. But yeah if 20 minutes plus is your metric of quality, you do you!

Also, for the short form content: I think especially with your content it would be smart to make short form videos from your longer content, preferably on a second "clips"-type channel. Hit me up if you need an editor ;)

Make a list of all the ideas for content, regardless of how low/high effort/quality and when you have downtime, explore making one of them. Also seek answers to things..a very low hanging fruit is "How we do it in the US vs location". Could be literally anything, the paint on the road, the city layout, the quality of the food (not choice - 43 varieties of doritos is not quality). I think the only thing I have learned from a cultural perspective is that some restaurants don't have power outlets.

@@NanoBytesInc Oh, my bad, I should have been clear. From what I see in the comments, people watch you because you seem 'normal' you do 'normal' things and talk to people like human beings. I think we would all be fine watching you just walk around doing nothing. I myself have been enthralled just seeing the places I will never see in person. I also enjoy the way you talk to people like equals, without that streamer attitude that so many creators seem to get. I think you could get a 15 minute video out of just walking around doing nothing important.
@keylimepietart

@@NanoBytesInc My bad, I should have expounded. I meant that what I see in the comments is that people just like watching you do stuff. Any stuff. You do not yet have the arrogant attitude so many streamers get. You still treat people like human beings. I bet you could get a 15 minute video out of just walking around the town, buying candy. Maybe think of it like a tourist vlog? Get up, look for something interesting in the town, take is with you for breakfast and to wherever, even if it's nothing important. I bet your core audience would watch.
