Hey Jason, I wish you the best luck on your exam. Every time when I feel down or beaten I would watch your video and feel empowered again. I appreciate you sharing your wisdoms and tips. I am actually from DC suburbs and absolutely love GW med school campus. I now go to school in Baltimore and will apply to med school very soon. Your videos meant a lot truly! Wish you the best of luck!

Hi Jason, glad you're back. Medicine is really hard and demands lots of your time. I think, cancer research and women's health are really important, glad you did your research on them. But do you have in mind what do you want to specialize? Have fun on your rotation. Thank you🌺

I am super excited about your rotations! Women's Health particularly OB-GYN is probably my second favorite specialties in Medicine after Emergency Services. I truly enjoyed my nursing clinical rotations but I ended up settling as a Trauma ER Nurse - regardless I hope you enjoy it! Psych - to me is pretty sad. It really exposes you a lot to mental health access and often times as much as we would like to help or patients - our hands are tied due to lack of resources and that's why most ended up being a Psych Hold in our ED departments .Peds and Primary Care - not so much. I like to stay busy which is why I chose ER over the others Regardless, enjoy your time with each specialties and learn from it. Also - when you get out in the field, be kind to your nurses "hint hint" LOL. 🤣😉 It is also awesome to hear you are doing Research - this is why I am still contemplating on getting either my PhD in Nursing or my DNP - but I like staying in clinical so maybe in the next few months I may just do it. Can't wait to hear about your clinical rotations! Also - what are you doing to prepare yourself to your clinicals? I dig the glasses. You look legit - like Grey's Anatomy legit 🥰🥰🤩😁😂🤪

I am very excited to start rotations. It will be great to apply all that I have learned into reality. I am definitely nervous but it will come soon enough and I will just have to learn on my feet. Research is mainly just speaking with faculty and understanding what they are looking for and how best you can help them. It has definitely been tough and is taking a lot longer than I had anticipated.

for clinicals be very passionate about patient history/info, management , in the most efficient way that you know patient next steps cold but then help the team do they do less work (basically function independent short of putting in orders). and the three a’s
