@@AkidaMann Blessings Akida, I've dealt with several times work trauma!!! I had to learn how to protect myself from the harm it was causing daily!!! I experienced anxieties that it was affecting my work and the ability to stay in that environment!!! One time it happened and she was a big wig boss. That every time she saw me there was some kind of verbal attack. But that one time too many the Bigger wig caught her verbally abusing me for a straight 4 minutes!!! He lost it on her 🤬verbally streaming at her and his office banging on the desk telling her not to tell me anything any more!!! 😔 Then he 🤬 addressed the whole company saying (No one is to say anything to me about me nothing!!! The Blood of Jesus was watching it all go down!!! Praise God 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 After that I started to document 📄 everything any time someone would say something that was out of character had nothing to do with my job related or just being abusive etc.

Thank you for sharing your experience with being in the corporate HR space and having an another job/career outside of that. I don’t have a KZbin page but I am a personal trainer and work in HR. I keep those worlds separate and don’t advertise my services at my office. I understand the possible challenges it could bring. I went through workplace trauma last year and it was hard but I worked through it with my therapist. You have to remind yourself you arent where you use to be and that its a blessing to be out of any kind of toxic environment.
