Introvert po kasi ako eh nahihirapan po ako sa communication so dapat po multimedia arts yung choice kong course pero walang offered course na ganon dito sa city Namin kaya AB Communication second choice kopo na related din sa mga editing Hihi napukaw po nya kasi interest ko pero hindi po ako magaling sa editing.... I came here because i need motivation so bad. Masyadong nakakadrain yung stereotype ng ibang tao na pag communication student ka eh limited na yung job opportunities mo. I am an incoming freshman and i took this course po.I was really indecisive kung anong course yung kukunin ko and i had my target university's flyer and BA Comm had me on first sight. I took the entrance examination to have a slot for the course wholeheartedly pero as the school year approaches may naririning na kong mga cons about sa course na tinake ko. Masyadong nakakainvalidate. Any help po and what are the pros of being a communication student po? Sana magreply ka po. I need enlightenment po. Salamat ❤

Hello! Para sa akin ang pros ng pagiging isang Comm Arts student ay mahahasa ang communication skills mo. If you're shy, this course will bring out the real you. Why you may ask? Kase we need to be confident when speaking and giving information. Sa mga outputs na ipapagawa din ay nakakadagdag ng self confidence. Isang broad na course and Communication Arts kaya expect to have different outputs from the different communication courses that is within the course (Dev Comm, Broadcasting, etc.). Btw, malawak ang job opportunity sa course na ito since broad ang course itself. Nasa tao pa din ang desisyon kung paano siya didiskarte sa mundong ito upang mareach ang goal niya. Follow what you want in life :).If some belittle you and your capabilities, use that as a stepping stone para maging successfull ka in the future.

napunta ako bigla dito kasi naguguluhan ako ngayon at this very moment talaga kung ipagpapatuloy ko ang pagpasok ko sa PMMA. Next month na ang neuro namin at onti nalang makakapasok na ako pero naguguluhan ako kung papasok ba ako dun or dito sa filmmaking na ultimate dream ko din na career. Hello po, nag consult muna ako sa aking kaibigan about Dev Comm and according sa kanya more on research ang course. Pero hindi ibig sabihin nito ay puro research nalang sa course na ito hehe. Btw maeenhance ang communication skills mo kahit ano man ang piliin mo sa dalawa :). Nung bago din ako mag college ay pinagpiliin ko din ang dalawang course na yan ang I went with Comm Arts because I want to pursue filmmaking. Sana makatulong sayo ang konting opinyon na ito. ps. huwag mag papadala sa hiya pag college na kase baka madaming opportunity ang mawala. Tiwala lang sa sarili :)

Hello po! I have a close friend and apparently she wanted to take the course that I am taking now. But the school didn't allow her to bridge the subjects she didn't take on SHS. I think it depends on the school if they will allow the students to take bridging subjects (kunin yung mga hindi nila nakuha noong SHS because of the strand). But don't loose hope tho :) cause I have a classmate before (we took the same strand) who is studying to become a nurse. So yeah, I really think that it depends on the school and if there will be some changes in the curriculum. Good luck sa college sis, I feel ya when it comes to dreams do change :)

hi ate rory hahaha napunta ako dine gawa nang nagsearch ako kung ano ba ang abcomm. graduate din po ako icc balayan (actually di pa pala po natatanggap diploma gawa di pa alam virtual grad.) hahaha ano po ba talaga nasa loob ng abcomm? ano po kasi gusto ko din maging filmmaker kasi mahilig din ako sa mga edits kineme. at parehas na parehas po talaga oyat, nurse din po usto ko talaga, pero sa abcomm ako bumagsak. sa nasugbu campus po ako, any tips po yung mas maliliwanagan ako po ng bonggang bongga. ❤️☺️

Sa course din na ito ay malawak ang job opportunity :). If you're an aspiring filmmaker like me, then maeenjoy mo ang mga outputs na pwedeng ipagawa ng mga prof mo tulad ng documentary, infomercial, short films, news television report and etc. May mga kaibigan din ako na pumapasok sa nasugbu campus hehe. Don't let shyness take over you kapag may mga opportunity na binigay si tadhana. Hello po! Ang AB Comm ay isang broad na course kung saan nakapaloob dito ang iba't ibang communication courses. Sa pagkakaalam ko ang Broadcasting ay isang subject sa course na ito. If gusto mo po mag focus sa isang field ay sundin mo ang gusto mong tahakin in the future. If gusto mo naman na malawak ang job opportunity why not take AB Comm :)

Hello po! Yes po. Mas marami ang sakop ng Mass Comm kesa Ab Comm. Isang broad course din ang Ab Comm pero mas malawak at mas mahirap ang Mass Comm since mas maraming topics ang sakop nito. I'll try to make a vid concerning Ab Comm huhu.

There's an excessive number of unnecessary clips. I think it could've been better if you used the time to really get across the point on your topics. Hello! I took humss, hindi dahil kokonti ang math kundi gusto kong ipursue sa future ay filmmaking. Btw maeenhance din ang communication skills mo pag humss ang pipiliin mo na strand :). I have a friend kase na gusto din kunin ang course na kinukuha ko ngayon kaso ang sabi daw ay dapat naka allign ang course na kukunin sa college sa strand na kinuha dati. So dapat pag-isipan mabuti kung ano talaga ang kukunin :)

When it comes to the course itself ay ma-eenhance ang communication skills mo. Ang course na ito ay hindi lang puro salita, if you're into film making then magugustuhan mo ang mga outputs na pwedeng ipagawa ng mga instructors mo tulad ng short film, documentary, infomercial and the like. Btw, ang course na ito ay broad kaya malawak din ang job opportunity dito :). ps. college may seem serious but don't forget to have a little fun :)

Ang subjects namin nung 1st sem ay more on general. Ang alam ko ay depende din sa school na papasukan mo kung ano ang mga subjects na una mong kukunin. About sa editing naman ay makakatulong kung may alam ka kahit konti sa pag-eedit para hindi din mahirapan. Kase may mga ibang prof na bet mag pagawa ng individual na output:)

Hello, wala naman pong course na madali. Need lang natin ng time management kase medyo madami ang outputs na pwedeng ipagawa hehe. Since incoming 2nd year palang ako and more on general subjects kami noong 1st year ako, more on sa loob lang kami ng room and sa 2nd year pa halos ang aming mga majors, like film-making and the like hehe.
