Yaaay! Thanks sooo much for watching till the end Tommy 😃 I really got creative with the angles in this one. It has been a wonderful year! I have to admit that being on the island helps. There are very few temptations here, not so many beautiful and interesting bars that I could go to. However, I noticed that more and more bars offer a great menu full of mocktails! Do you have a fav mocktail?

My reason for quitting was to avoid unwanted cortisol spikes in me. What helped me is the most common advice that is given to AA participants (I was curious, but had no reason to participate luckily) - I'm not drinking until tomorrow. Then you say the same for yourself tomorrow, and so on. Made my life better has to admit.

Of course they do! More and more now. And of course, it is always my choice. What I was talking about in the video is the NORM of drinking beer. It would be ignorant of me not to acknowledge the influence of the broader picture and the culture on my personal consumption habits. Another drink that is very normal to drink in Prague is coffee. Thanks to me being immersed into the coffee culture, I am to this day a specialty coffee enthusiast. Prague is filled with coffee shops. They are literally at every corner, multiple of them nestled next to each other. It is crazy how many option of high quality coffee people have. This is just another example from my life that shows that our living environment inevitably influences our consumption habits and perception of what's normal. It is always our choice.
