I had a similar experience with the MK website recently! So crazy that they send their bags out like this, I'm never ordering from them directly ever again 🙄

The luggage colour is gorgeous! You're right about the imperfections. I can't imagine sending someone a surprise gift like this and only for them to find out that it's a returned bag. The fact that they sent out one with very visible wear is rather appalling. That definitely left a bad taste in one's mouth.

I completely agree with you, the color is gorgeous specially for fall! But definitely not happy with the brand, like I said in the video. I would be mortified if I had sent that purse as a gift. It's pretty sad that such a big company doesn't have quality control. Hopefully it was a one off situation. :)

Yes, over $1k for a purse seems unreasonable, but I love the look of these expensive purses. If I can get the same look cheaper, I go for it

I just received the purse in the hibiscus shade via the online store and it appears to be used, similar to your situation. This is so said because I love the color. I’m going to order another one to see if it appears to be used as well and return the first one I received. Very disappointing quality control

Yes I totally agree. I look at some of the higher end bags but can't bring myself to spend thousands on a bag. I'll find a similar style in a reasonable price from another brand. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

I find that almost all of Michael Kors leather bags are heavy, even mini bags, which is a huge turn off for me. I only consider their canvas bags now.

Oh wow I didn't know that, the last bag I had from them was a saffiano leather satchel and I still own it. I purchased almost 8 or 9 years ago though. I will look into their canvas now that you mention it. Thank you! 🙃

In the UK the bag is currently £346 xd I only know cause my materialistic parents shop there a lot and are good friends with the managers, owners and staff so I’m in there quite a bit -v-‘

I love Coach products too! They have really good quality and they pay attention to details which is really important to me when I make a purchase.

That's a SHAME they would send out a $400 purse looking like THAT!!!? They SHOULD just let you have it? It is a cute purse, but I would NEVER pay $400 for that one! Now those purses are on sale! Bloomingdales has some for $170!! That's way out my budget!!! But I loved your show! And Thank You for telling us how much you paid for it! Some folks WON'T reveal the price!! Hi! I know very unfortunate 🙁 I ended sticking with Coach. I just think their products are much better quality, they’re beautiful and they offer one year warranty. They also service their bags unlike other brands that they don’t even offer at a cost to the consumer.

Thank you for the video. It was very informative. I feel very let down for you. Someone must have checked that bag out when it was returned & before it was sent out to you. That’s very disappointing. Hope you got a full refund as well as an apology. I have a lot of MK bags, mainly bought via eBay as preloved, but very lightly used with no signs of wear & tare. I’ve just bought this particular style in orange. Maybe if you bought your little Chanel bag, preloved. X

Wow!!! I'm so glad that I chanced upon your video first, when I was doing a search on KZbin, for this bag. I saw it on Michael kors Singapore website, for about $800+ and considering of getting it in future due to the price. But man!!!! Even after putting so little things and it still feels heavy, I think I'll skip it I used to own another older model of a Michael kors bag. Which is really heavy on it's own without anything in it. But no longer carrying it, and the strap broke. Cos I think I carried too much stuff and the bag broke due to overloading. Your video helps! I think I'll skip this purchase. Not sure are all Michael kors bags made to be heavy? But seeing your video, it doesn't feel practical for me, as I do carry things on an everyday basis, like keys, wallet, ear buds, my phone, some tissues. You're carrying way lesser things than I did, and if it's still that heavy then it's goodbye for me Thank you!

Thank you so much for watching and commenting on my video! I don't think all Michael kors are this heavy, but the models that I've had in the past are over 5 years old. They still look great and are not as heavy as this bag. I can comfortably carry all my necessities and more and the bags still feel comfortable but I don't know if it has to do with the fact those are made of saffiano leather and this one are not that. I'm glad my video was able to help you. 🙂

The used purse is unfortunate! But I feel like it feels heavy to you because you’re letting the chain drag and the chain itself is pretty heavy. You’d be using it on your shoulder or across your body, not with one hand.
