Why "In Utero" By Nirvana Was Meant To Be The Bands End

In September of 1993 Nirvana released the third studio album In Utero. It was highly anticipated, even though it would prove to be a great album in rock history, it did not live up to the hype of Nevermind, the album they had released 2 years prior. But the guys were definitely going in a different direction in their personal lives and professional lives, lead singer Kurt Cobain just couldn't get away from fighting his demons as much as he tried to continue in life I believe In Utero was him speaking to the world saying "I know how beautiful life can be, but I don't know if I can be here to see all the beauty unravel". Looking back now, how things came together after that album it's not hard to think that his thought process was definitely along those lines.
