Yes , right bro A year ago Me and my classmates wrote a letter to principal for organising sports competition , but the letter does not create any affect . But on the other hand many quiz competition , speech, debate etc were held Whenever we used to play games in school our teachers used to say that focus on studies boards are near . Also our school curriculum also doesnt encourage sports that much. Only 1 or 2 PT periods in a week. And in 9th and 10th grade you are encouraged to focus on studies more due to board exams pressure.

And for Brazil it makes sense that a country with lower population and higher per capita can spend better for tapping their sporting talent. And the Indian Athletes who brought medals, check their origin story also. You'll realise they mostly landed in their sport by chance. Say for example Neeraj Chopra started javelin as a fun activity for losing weight. Abhinav Bindra as a luxury hobby. There are 2 and only 2 major reasons only: Money and Genetics. And right now in our country Money factor dominates. Yes we have a variety of genes in different states. But without proper Infrastructure they cannot be taped. Today Haryana is a leading sporting state because they inherently have the pehelwani and shooting as part of their culture and have the social infrastructure also. Other states also have some gene but they lack the infrastructure.

He also mentioned that the head of the committee responsible for the stadium, where he practiced, was misusing funds meant for the students' well-being and infrastructure. Instead of investing in the development and practice facilities, the head was using the money for personal gain. This is a clear example of how dirty politics operates in India, with no authority to oversee these matters. If funds are allocated to a committee or organization, there should be accountability for how they are used. Unfortunately, those skilled in politics are misappropriating the money intended for athletes and people training in sports.

Honestly except Indian geographical reason, Indian mentality is the hurdle for sports... cause being a girl I have always noticed the fair complexion preference in society due to which most of girls are not allowed to play outside expect the poor kids... but getting age and now in recent time I hit the realization that almost whole country people are obsessed with fair complexion and always prefer white complexion to the dark one(almost whole Asian madness thing)... and it's not only happen to girls only but boys too... plus the mentality like kheloge kudoge banoge kharab padhoge likhoge banaoge nawab... khel kud k kya hi kar loge kon kam dega or kitna hi kama loge... padho likho kamao, ghar or famliy banao like life goals are there in Indian people which is not completely false but still if someone is doing well and good in sports , they will appreciated for their achievements very rarely except for huge events like Olympics one plus school systems where every sports lecture comes once a week and sometimes even got cancel due to math or science syllabus is not completed yet... like we have long way to go hope things will change in near future...

Sponsors ko aage aana pdhega...in one interview Rohan bopanna said that he approached some like 10-12 sponsors but all of them refused to sponsor him the reason being tennis is not broadcast so much in India..aare bhaii agar sponsor hi nhi milega to ghanta broadcast krenge... Baaki points to covered hai hi...and one more thing the dirty politics in India...so we must be grateful that kuch medals to arhe hai
