I'm 27 and I still watch anime/read manga and yes I have a Job,a wife and my parents to look after for but that doesn't stop me from watching anime. It's just that when you grow up you start substituting anime with other things like afterwork parties with colleagues,overtimes for extra payment,sex,looking after kids(if you have them I don't) etc etc.Yeah life becomes busier when you're an adult but that doesn't mean you have to quit watching something you love.I personally don't indulge myself in Netflix to get some extra time to watch anime and I sometimes hang out with the bachelors next door to catch with seasonal anime. Like for today we are watching Vinland saga in the evening this gives us an opportunity to enjoy anime and have some company.

I remember I literally cried when Animax was banned. I agree that Television and entertainment industries only worry about their greed and idiotic insecurities. It's honestly stupidly childish how people insert patriotism in the most unrelated issues... Like worrying about girls getting influenced to wear skirts from watching anime? Our culture getting effected? Wtf? Okay what about huge countries like USA or France which broadcast anime on their servers? I am 13 and I used to watch Doreamon a lot and still sometimes I watch Doreamon. I see one of my cousins who is younger than me to watch cartoons like Shiva , Rudra and Motu Patlu. Doraemon has been accused of encouraging laziness, but nearly every Japanese person grows up watching it. I don’t think we can call all Japanese people lazy, can we? Some points about Shinchan is a concern even in Japan (young boys copying his behavior) but otherwise we consider anime to be a part of a healthy childhood! And honestly, it's been a WHILE since I watched any Bolly, Kolly, Tolly, Sandal or any other Indian cinema. I genuinely prefer the complex storytelling of anime, and it's almost always made much better these days, for some reason. No hate on any of these, just my own observation. Cause anime does what majority of films fail to do, in many aspects

Indians are short cut lovers they wanna find shortcut in even creating animations, you can easily guess that by seeing their story and graphic quality. The story of Indian anime is like there's a boy with op powers that are triggered by eating some kind of snack like ladoo,samosa. Even japanese anime created in 2008-2010 have million time better quality and stories than India's present animations. It's not fault of the kids it's us, we Indians are lazy and non productive just reproductive lmao
