I've been wearing titan quartz for nearly 11yrs, its working fine, with ORIGINAL CELL. Titan makes good, reliable watches...though their mechanical watches are bit overpriced. Best ones are sonata super fibre series very rough & tough & pretty reliable.

How do you gauge build quality? Went to a showroom recently that had 30% off on all watches. Chose a Titan edge, edifice and a Enticer. Edifice and Enticer looked basically the same. Enticer in fact looked a little better, was priced at 8k. Edifice was 12k. But finally went for Titan Edge that was 10k and had Saphhire Crystal glass. Cannot make out which one was better built.

This guy spoke my heart I own 1992 Titan golden watch day date and it's worth keeping it has 32 mm dial and it's very comfortable. Pankaj Bhai to be very honest I am not able to find new worth buying watches just because of dial sizes . I bought a fastrack recently the model number is stunner 6.0 with green texture dial with tan leather strap, it is stunning watch the texture dial with sunburst dial is eye feast to watch, have a look bro the dial size also perfect for average wrist size. The strap is not so good so i replaced it with black croco leather strap and it pairs perfect with the dial and its decent dress watch for both parties and formal

Bro now first a fall titan was a budget friendly watch brand but now the thing is that titan has still made some models for middel class but as a business titan is now a product of more than 10 thousand rs to 25 thousand that’s all is more than 25 than definitely Seiko is the main market king if I am wrong anyone can suggest me other brand I will also update my knowledge but yes and more than 80 than radon is good competition in it with Seiko 😊

I am curious to know data points like quality and all or you are just going by the looks. If Titan is using zirconia ceramic ( titan squircle ) which is used in premium brands, toh 30k+ price hoga hi na. Xylys is also a very good line up. You shown a ceramic watch and said its overpriced , can you enlighten us how ? When you say value for money, we need the comparison also. All you mentioned is dial size and dial design. None of which points to quality or construction.

I don't prefer to buy Titan despite its legacy in India because they just don't offer anything in the budget watch range. When compared to Casio, you can clearly see that most of their models are overpriced. Add to that, the large, chunky dials are not practical to wear on the go.

I have to try really hard to find few good titan pieces it's a lot of scrolling and searching the same design repetitive then maybe I could find one design then again as you said dials are so big its very difficult to find watches in 38mm or 40mm. So for now i use only Casio and HMT.
